• Communication is facilitated between clients and attorneys

We do not guarantee that any attorney will accept your case or that you will find suitable legal representation through our platform.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship with Lex Link

IMPORTANT: Using Lex Link does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Lex Link. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, opinions, or recommendations.

Any attorney-client relationship that may arise is solely between you and the individual attorney you choose to work with. Each attorney on our platform is an independent professional responsible for their own services, fees, and professional conduct.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of Lex Link, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Not interfere with or disrupt the Services
• Conduct your own due diligence when selecting an attorney
• Verify that any attorney you work with is properly licensed in your jurisdiction

6. Attorney Responsibilities

Attorneys using Lex Link agree to:

• Maintain current, valid licensure in good standing
• Provide accurate information about their qualifications and experience
• Comply with all applicable professional conduct rules and regulations
• Maintain professional liability insurance as required by their jurisdiction
• Handle client information in accordance with attorney-client privilege and confidentiality requirements
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

7. Verification and Vetting

While we make reasonable efforts to verify attorney credentials, including bar numbers and licensure status, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current status of any attorney's credentials or qualifications. Users are responsible for independently verifying attorney credentials and conducting their own due diligence.

8. Fees and Payments

Lex Link's platform services are currently provided free of charge to clients. Attorney fees are negotiated directly between clients and attorneys. Lex Link is not responsible for fee disputes between clients and attorneys.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services
• Warranties that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the quality of legal services provided by attorneys on our platform

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEX LINK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

This includes damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Actions or omissions of attorneys on our platform
• Any legal advice, services, or representation provided by attorneys
• Outcomes of legal matters handled by attorneys found through our platform

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lex Link and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data collection and use practices.

13. Modifications to Terms
